Day Member entry 08:30. Last entry is 18:00. Fishing permitted until Dusk . No Catch and Release Permitted.
Cash will not be accepted on the bank for Day/Season Memberships or for Fish Tokens. They can all be purchased online or on the bank using a Credit or Debit Card
If you are a first time visitor please call the bailiff on 07956 378138 the day before to get the gate entry code. Just start fishing, we will issue your membership/entry card and tickets on the bank. Please note that the gate entry code changes often, get used to using your card to gain entry or you won’t be able to get in!
The fish a spread out around the lake this week, with most fish being caught around the island.
On the cloudy days damsels have trumped with a low and slow retrieve having the best results. On the sunny days damsels have worked well however buzzers having been working really well especially if there has been a hatch, so keep an eye out for those flying insects.
We have also said a sad goodbye to Conor this week. He is moving to Derbyshire to continue his career in fishery management with a stretch of river, course and fly lakes to care for.
Conor has been with us for 2 1/2 years, He has had big impact on the fisheries his most notable being spearheading of the lake restorations, he will have to come back to see his vision once we complete the planting in the spring. Conor’s a friendly personality that will be missed on the bank, he has been an asset to the fishery and Syon Park!
We wish Conor the best of luck with his new job and future endeavors and hope he shows his face once in a while.
