Fishery Report 25th September
🎣 Great news — we’re reopening!
After a very challenging summer, we’re delighted to announce that we will be reopening to day-ticket anglers on Saturday 26th September.
Belmont Lake at Vale End has been drained down over the summer and will be fully stocked and ready for the weekend.
We’ve also stocked fish into Wood Lodge and Kingfisher Pools at Weston Fishery. We have introduced a smaller quantity of fish into Weston Main Lake, with stock levels being built up over the next couple of weeks.
Powdermills Fishery is not quite full following its drain-down, but it will be fully stocked and ready for opening on 1st October.
🎟️ Winter Season Rod — Now Available
We’ve also launched our Winter Season Rod, now available to purchase on our website.
For £150, it covers fishing from 1st October 2026 through to the end of March 2027, giving you access to:
• Weston Fishery
• Vale End
• Powdermills — season rod holders only
• Our fly-fishing-for-carp lake
It’s a great option for enjoying the colder months, which can provide some fantastic and reliable sport. These months also see us stocking the ever-popular Spartic trout, which thrive in the cooler conditions.
Please note:Â season fish tokens must be purchased separately to fish the lakes.
