Cameron Craigs and Steve Moon – Albury
Cameron joined us in January 2013. He studied at Sparsholt College gaining a Foundation Degree in Sports Fisheries Management and Aquaculture. Cameron went on to work as Fish Farm Manager at Avington trout Fishery for five a half years before joining the Albury team and he now oversees the running of all the Albury Fishery sites. In his spare time he likes to fish rivers for trout and grayling and has represented the England rivers team 3 times and is set to captain the team in the 2022 Rivers International in Scotland.
Steve joined the albury team in May 2019. He studied at Sparsholt college for 5 years gaining a diploma in fishery studies and a BSc hons degree in aquaculture and fishery management.
Steve has over 20 years experience in the trout farming and fisheries industry including 10 years at Chalk Springs trout fishery in West sussex and a spell as hatchery manager at Hooke Springs trout farm in Dorset. In his spare time Steve likes to fish rivers for trout and grayling.
Marc O’Regan – Coach
Marc started fly fishing in the early 1980s and has fly fished for trophy species around the world.
His experience at Albury Estate Fisheries goes back over 20 years, his son having caught his first trout at Weston.
Marc gained game angling coaching qualifications at Loughborough University and Grafham Water. He has served as a Coach Educator for the national governing body, Angling Trust.
Marc leads coaching at Albury Estate Fisheries and heads the WeFlyFish coaching team across Southern England.
Mackenzie Cotterill – Syon Park
Born in Australia and a qualified chef, Mackenzie worked in hospitality for many years. He moved to England and managed a sports pub before starting work at Syon park as an Estate worker, progressing to become an Arboriculturist. Mackenzie has been a keen angler from a young age enjoying all methods of fishing.

Mike Attewell - Syon Park
Mike wanted a career change, so after working for Rentokil Pest Control in West London for 7 years, in 2014 he left his pest control career and went to Merrist Wood College in Guildford. He studied a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Countryside Management as a full time course for 2 years. This included freshwater habitats and management. He then went on to work for the Environment Agency for 4 years. He was in Field Operations on the River Wey in Surrey. Mike has always been a keen angler, fishing since a youngster with his father and brother.
Mick Flaherty who provides holiday and weekend cover throughout the year.
Richard King – Albury Estate Fish Farms
Richard managed a trout fishery before reading Fish Farming and Fisheries Management at Sparsholt. His wide experience of fish farming includes producing carp and tilapia in Israel and running Portugal’s largest ornamental fish farm before returning to England. He has since increased production from the estate’s two trout farms to in excess of 40 tonnes of fish per year.
